The Shingle House by NORD Architecture is the second completed holiday home in Alain de Botton’s Living Architecture project, on the beach at Dungeness in Kent, among the huts of fishermen . In this natural landscape and preserved, this house is simple and crude. Dressed in black asphalt shingles, which can Up to eight people, it illuminates the interior with its wood paneling, white lacquer, while contrast.
